Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times
We ship internationally. Estimated delivery times are:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delays caused by customs processing, local courier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control may occasionally extend these timeframes.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Shipping Delays
While we work to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, carrier delays, or extreme weather events. We appreciate your patience and will assist with any tracking concerns as needed.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at shop.revylaaa@gmail.com with your order number so we can look into it for you.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order so we can attempt to correct it before dispatch.
